Installation Process

• Prepare the Mounting Rails：Check that the rails are properly installed, aligned, and securely attached to the supporting structure.
• Position the First Solar Panel：Place the first panel on the rails based on the planned array layout.
• Install the End Clamp：Position the end clamp over the outer edge of the panel frame and align it with the rail.
• Adjust the Panel：Check the panel position and alignment with the rail and nearby modules before tightening.
• Tighten the Fastener：Tighten the fastener to the manufacturer’s recommended torque.
• Install Additional Modules：Place the next panels and secure the gaps between adjacent modules with compatible mid clamps.
• Install the Final End Clamp：Fit an end clamp to the outside edge of the last panel in the row.
• Final Inspection：Check the clamps, fasteners, rails, and panel alignment. Make sure all connections are properly secured before finishing the installation.
