Installation Steps

• Install the Mounting Rails：Install and align the rails according to the system design. Make sure they’re firmly attached to the supporting structure.
• Position the Solar Module：Place the panel on the rails based on the planned array layout.
• Position the PV End Clamp：Place the end clamp against the outer edge of the panel frame.
• Insert the Fastener：Slide or insert the fastener into the compatible rail channel.
• Adjust the Position：Adjust the panel and clamp until the alignment and spacing are correct.
• Check the Clamping Area：Make sure the clamp sits within the clamping zone specified by the solar module manufacturer.
• Tighten the Fastener：Tighten the fastener to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
• Final Inspection：Check that the clamp is firmly secured and the panel is properly aligned.
